1920s Style Downton Abbey Deep V Neck Tunic Dress with Long Dramatic Pointed Sleeves Custom Made in Your SIze from a Vintage Pattern 1922

Art deco divine!

This reminds me so much of one worn by the ladies of Downton Abbey! This tunic dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates between 1922-1923. It features a typical 1920's tunic style dress that is baggy in shape with no waist definition with a deep V neckline. The upper bodice has soft gathers at the armpit level. You can choose to have it with or without the collar. Both view A and B have a built in mock 'slip' that is higher up exposed in view A like a slip but made lower for view B. The back of this dress also has unique seam finish for the center back that partially exposes a bit of fabic down the back. This would be neat made in a contrasting fabric since it is a design feature! Your choice of sleeveless or dramatic long pointed sleeves. Optional welt pockets. This dress is unlined and comes with a belt meant to hit at hip level.

Please note that since this pattern is from the 1920s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4" + larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most 1920s styles.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in cotton, linen, gabardine, rayon crepe, satin crepe, lightweight wool or velvet. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you!
