1920s Style Drop Waist Dress with Shaped Yoke Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1928

  This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates to 1928. It features a typical 1920s dropped waist torso. It has a pretty shaped upper yoke that is scalloped in the front and pointed in the back. You may choose View A with a tie collar or View B with a shallow rolled collar. Your choice of fitted plain short or long sleeves or belled sleeves with contrast cuffs. The skirt is circular and full and can be made with a straight hem or a high/low hem. Like many 1920's dresses this pattern calls for no closures. It is made baggy enough in the torso that you can simply slip it on over your head.

Please note that since this pattern is from the 1920s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4" + larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most 1920s styles.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in cottons, rayon challis, lawn, rayon crepe, crepe de chin, gabardine, satin or lightweight suiting. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% silk or wool would be an additional cost)
