1920s Style Drop Waist Dress with V Neck Jabot and Full Skirt Handkerchief Hem Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1929

This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates between 1929 to 1930. It features a V neckband that can be made with or without a jabot. It is a typical 1920's dropped waist bodice with a center front band with soft gathers at the lower waist. It has double french darts for bust definition. Your choice of sleeveless, plain short sleeves or long fitted sleeves with or with out cuffs. The skirt on this is so lovely, being a full circle with a pointed pixie hem. Many styles from this era have no closures, but this one calls for a side seam opening. I can make this for you with the ease of a modern zipper or I can make it with side snap closures the original pattern calls for.

Please note that since this pattern is from the late 1920s and it will not fit like a modern garment. There are no waist darts therefor it is fitted at the bust and hips but without the cinching of a belt the waist is left baggy.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in a cool summery cottons, dotted swiss, lawn, rayon crepe, rayon challis, wool crepe, or satin crepe. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! Prices incude a budget of $12 per yard fabric max. If you want a more expensive fabric there will be an additional cost.
