1920s Style Sleeveless Summer Wrap Around Dress Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1928

This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates between 1928-1929. It is a sleeveless drop waist wrap around dress that is totally open on the sides, but the back wraps around to the front and closes with the hip buckle. The design is really genius, the first example of this type of dress I've seen! The front of the dress is just plain and straight but the back has a very full circle skirt with pointed hem. There are no darts or waist definition but it is fitted at the hips. This dress is unlined.

Please note that since this pattern is from the 1920s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4" + larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement. The early 1920's designs were typical meant to be loose fitting all through the torso with a belt to cinch in at the low waist.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in thin cottons such as lawn or voile, hanky linen, georgette, rayon crepe, rayon challis, charmeuse, satin crepe, or even lightweight wool. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% silk would be an additional cost.)
