1930s Style 3pc Beach Pajamas Pyjamas Blouse Vest and Trousers Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1930

Beach Pajamas or lounge pajamas were all the rage during the late 1920s to early 1930s. Made for at home comfortable casual wear or at the beach, these could now be worn any where any time! This will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that dates between 1929-1931. This is a three piece set consisting of a blouse, vest and a pair trousers. You may choose to purchase just the blouse, just the vest, just the trousers or the 3pc set. The blouse is sleeveless with shoulder pin tucks. It is unfitted with a V neck and collar and bow. There are no closures for this, it is made baggy enough to slip on over your head. The vest is a sleeveless bolero style surplice with shoulder pin tucks. It buttons in front. The trousers have a fitted front and back waist yoke that is pointed at the lower front. They button at the side. As all beach pajamas from the time the legs are very wide and baggy. These are unlined.

Please note that since this pattern is from the early 1930s, the blouse will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 3"+ larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most pre 1933 styles.

These will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in a cool summery cottons, charmeuse or linen. (Novelty prints would be great for this, especially in feedsack prints!) We can make this all in one fabric or I can make this with two contrasting colored fabrics.
