1930s Style Bustle Dress With Nipped Waist and Cummerbund Belt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1939

This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern dated 1939. It features a jewel neckline with flattering soft gathers under the bust with a fitted shaped midriff. Buttons down the back. Your choice of short or long puffed sleeves. The skirt can be made as a plain aline skirt as shown in view 'C' or with a flared full back as shown in view 'A'. The belt is sewn in at the side seams. Your choice of a gathered cummerbund style or a fluffy double loop bustle. (Love the bustle!) Both hook in the back. It buttons in the back and zips on the side. This dress is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. The pattern suggests cottons, rayon twill, faille, velvet, moire', crepe, brocade, taffeta or lightweight wool. This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you. (100% silk would be an additional cost.)
