1930s Style Cowl Neck Balloon Sleeve Dress with Pointed Seam Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1933

Art deco divine! This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates to circa 1932-1934. So many options on this one! It features your choice of:

Figure 1- a V neck bodice with a bow with a neat deep V shaped bodice that hangs below the waist that the belt loops through. This one has plain sleeves, short or long.

Figure 2- a cowl neck bodice an neat deep V shaped bodice that hangs below the waist that buttons at the waist. This version has FAB 3/4 balloon sleeves with tons of tiny tucks at the bicep. So cool!

Figure 3- a V neck with a collar on a plain bodice with plain sleeves, short or long.

The back bodice features a matching deep V shape. The skirt for all is a typical early 30's slim style with pointed 'M' shaped seam details on the front. This dress is unlined. I can make this with a snap side seam closure as the original pattern calls for or I can use a vintage metal zipper, your choice.

Prices incude a budget of $12 per yard fabric max. If you want a more expensive fabric there will be an additional cost. Unsure about fabric and the total costs? Message me and we can discuss.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in almost any fabric! Cotton, Lawn, Whispy chiffon or georgette, challis or silky charmeuse. Or even heavier gabardine, suiting, wool or velvet. The choice is yours! I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% silk or wool would be an additional cost.)
