1930s Style Gathered Bust and Shoulder Dress with Shirred Scalloped Neckline Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1939

This beauty will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that is dates between 1938 to 1940. It features a flattering gathered bust with a scalloped neckline with two rows of gathers at the shoulders. The front bodice is pointed at the waist. The back bodice has the option of a short zipper at the back neck or buttons. The skirt is an 8 gore and is full and swingy. You choice of short or 3/4 lengthpuffed sleeves that have a gathered detail at the cuff. This pattern has the option for a half belt that either buckles or ties in the back. This dress zips on the side and is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements using any solid color or print. It would be best made out of cotton, rayon challis, rayon crepe, gabardine, velvet, wool blend suiting or satin. (This would be gorgeous in silky velvet!) The sample dress shown is made out of a medium weight rayon suiting.
