1930s Style Gone with the Wind Inspired Ball Gown Dress w/ Long Full Ruffled Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1939

This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that is dated 1939. It is very 'Gone with the Wind' inspired. The film came out that year and this dress design was definitely inspired by mid Victorian fashion. It features a fitted button up bodice with a peter pan collar. It calls for dainty lace or rick rack trim along the collar, button placket and sleeve cuffs. Your choice of short puffed or long fitted sleeves. The skirt is floor length and made out of yards and yards of gathered ruffled tiers. Lace trim can also be used to define each row of skirt gathers. Zips on the side. This one would be best made out of a lightweight fabric. It is unlined. This does not include a petticoat or hoop skirt. You will need to purchase a ready made one separately.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be best suited made out of very lightweight fabrics such as cotton, lawn, gingham, muslin, poplin, dotted swiss, organdy, organza, taffeta or voile. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% Silk would be at an additional cost)
