1930s Style Kitchenette Beach Pajamas Pyjamas Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1931

Beach Pajamas or lounge pajamas were all the rage during the late 1920s to early 1930s. Made for at home comfortable casual wear or at the beach, these could now be worn any where, any time! This pattern will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that dates to 1931. Your choice between view A and C. 

View A - features a drop waist sleeveless deep V surplice neckline with a ruffled collar. This pattern is a very loose fitting jumpsuit with no darts or waist definition. The very full legs have godets to add to the fullness (great done in a contrasting fabric/color!) Getting into this beauty takes some imagination. The front on this view opens up to the waist and then there is a side seam closure to help you get into it. I can make this with a sise zipper or snaps. The belt is sewn in and wraps to the back.

View C - features a drop waist sleeveless deep V neckline with decorative bow. This pattern is a very loose fitting jumpsuit with no darts or waist definition. The very full legs have optional godets to add to the fullness (great done in a contrasting fabric/color!) Getting into this beauty takes some imagination. The left shoulder on this view opens up and then there is a side seam closure to help you get into it. I can make this with a sise zipper or snaps. The belt is sewn in and wraps to the back.

Please note that since this pattern is from the early 1930s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4"+ larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most pre 1934 styles.

These will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in a cool summery cottons. (Novelty prints would be great for this, especially in feedsack prints!) We can make this all in one fabric or I can make this with two contrasting colored fabrics for the ruffle and godets. I would also be happy to add contrast piping along the suprlice/sleeves in the front if you like.
