1940s Button Shoulder Summer Color Block Dress with Hidden Pockets Full Skirt Custom Made in your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1944

This dress will be custom made for you using a pattern that dates between 1942-1946. Such a creative design on this one! It features a short sleeve kimono bodice with functional buttons at the shoulders. It has pointed princess seams at the bodice that are actually hidden secret pockets! The princess seams on this go all the way to the skirt making this perfect for color blocking. (Can't you just imagine it in red, white and blue? Or brown/mustard... chartruse and tan? Burgundy and baby pink?) This one shows optional top stitching detail, which would be super fab done in a contrast color. The skirt is a semi flared four gore. You may choose a sewn in half belt that closes in the back or a plain belt. Zips on the side. This dress is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be perfect for summer in cotton, linen, rayon twill, seersucker or chambray. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% Silk or 100% wool would be at an additional cost)
