1940s Style Button Up Dress with Pointed Midriff and Nine Gore Flared Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1940

  This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that is dated 1940. It features a button up front with your choice of plain collar or no collar. The front bodice has a fitted center front pointed midriff. View 1 shows four optional decorational triangal shaped pocket flaps. Your choice of pleated cap short or long sleeves. The skirt is a nine gore with six gores in front and three in back. The pattern illustration shows top stitching detail to the skirt which is optional. Super cool fact- The pattern came to me with an original reciept dated December 5, 1940. The dress is unlined. It comes with a belt.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in a cool summery cotton, dotted swiss, semi sheer georgette, rayon crepe, rayon challis, wool crepe, gaberdine or satin crepe. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% Silk or 100% wool would be at an additional cost)
