It features V neck surplice bodice with gathers from the neck to the side waist. It has typical mid 40's big shoulder pads and your choice of super full bishop sleeves or short plain sleeves. The skirt is the star of the show with a dramatic front waterfall cascading flounce! This is truly what 1940's dress dreams are made of. This one would make a stunning wedding dress! Zips down the side seam. This dress is unlined.
