1940s Style Wrap Around or MATERNITY Dress Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1940

  This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates to 1940. It is wrap style which can be worn as a maternity dress. The pattern back cover calls it "Women's and Misses' frock with one piece back. Skirt attached across front and sides. Adjustable waistline suitable for maternity wear." It features a gathered front bust with shoulder yokes. Your choice of sweetheart neckline or with a shaped collar with small loop buttons. The sleeves are typical early 1940s poofed style and can be made short or long. Most maternity from this era has gathers in the front but this one has fullness in the back. This pattern does not call for a zipper, rather it is opened up with the ties at the waist and slipped over the head. This dress is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in cottons, lawn, rayon crepe, rayon challis, wool crepe or satin crepe. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% Silk or 100% wool would be at an additional cost)
