Early 1920s Style Plunge Neck Drop Waist Dress with Bell Sleeves Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1922

This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dated 1922. It features deep plunge neckline with collar. Under it there is a sewn in 'vestee' or mock camisole. (This would be so pretty done in contrasting fabric finishes or colors!) Your choice of long belled sleeves, fitted long sleeves or short sleeves. The dress has a dropped waist and is meant to fit baggy. There are french seams at the bust area but no waist darts. The skirt has a single welt pocket on the right side. There are no closures, it simply slips over your head. It comes with a tie belt as shown.

The images show this dress with optional decorational trim around the sleeve cuffs and hem. I think this would really look amazing on the dress! I am happy to add appliques, trapunto or braided trim for you at an additional cost. Please note that since this pattern is from the 1920s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4" + larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most 1920s styles.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in cotton lawn, rayon crepe, rayon challis, crepe de chin, crepe back satin, burn out velvet, charmeuse, sheers like georgette or lightweight wool. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you!
